Terms of Member

Every signed-up user is a member of the Fishfly.club (hereinafter, "the club"). It is free to sign up.

MEMBER CONDUCT

you agree not to do the following:

create multiple accounts;
post any content that is harmful to children (e.g., pornography), invasive of another's privacy, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, obscene, vulgar, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
advertise or promote goods or services without permission;
impersonate any person or entity; or disguise the origin of any content;
violate any person's or entity's legal right (including patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other intellectual property or proprietary right);
violate any applicable law;

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

THE SITE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". THE CLUB MAY NOT MONITOR, CONTROL, OR VET USER CONTENT. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. THE CLUB IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MIGHT ARISE.

THE CLUB DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND AS TO QUALITY, AVAILABILITY AND SUBJECT MATTER OF CONTENT.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Louisiana law will govern these Terms, as well as any claim that might arise between you and the club, without regard to conflict of law provisions. With respect to any claim brought by either party, you agree to jurisdiction in the state and federal courts in New Orleans, Louisiana.

CHANGES

If any material change is made to the Terms of Member, you will be noticed before the change takes effect. By continuing to access fishfly.club after the change becomes effective, you agree to the revised Terms of Member.
